FOUNDER
Anthony has 27 years of experience in the Further Education sector, founded Agile CLS in 2016, and now has a board portfolio of Executive and Non-excutive roles in business, charitable and public sector organisations. Whilst keeping a foot firmly in the world of Further Education strategy, data and funding, Anthony provides coaching and business consultancy to SME businesses and has a particular focus on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.

Part of our skilled team of associates, Julia brings over three decades of expertise in the Further Education sector, having excelled in various MIS-related leadership, management, and operational roles. She possesses a comprehensive understanding of funding methodologies, audit and controls testing, and ILR data management. Julia’s ability to operate effectively at all levels is complemented by her proven success in developing and managing high-performing teams.

Currently focusing on Health, Neurodiversity & Community Wellbeing Rhi is a Marketing Specialist with a passion for purpose-led work and a flair for making complex ideas accessible.
With experience spanning a wide range of industries, Rhi is known for translating multifarious concepts into accessible, audience-focused messaging. Rhi proactively, leads campaigns, builds communities and shapes stories that resonate, whether she’s promoting prehabilitation across the NHS, spotlighting neurodivergent voices or coordinating inclusive events that spark connection, engagement and change.

4. C2S Growth connects business leaders through high-impact networking, thought leadership, and strategic support to drive growth, innovation, and collaboration across sectors.
Alongside her leadership roles, Rhi supports clients including Amped!, NPM Associates and others; offering a refreshingly personal approach to developing marketing solutions. She, quickly, understands each business to an in-depth level, to deliver ‘What’s Important.’
